Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a recruitment professional in Indore to own end-to-end hiring for Banking, NBFC, housing finance, fintech and insurance clients. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, screen for fit, and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates to ensure timely offers.

Responsibilities include pipeline maintenance, offer support, and building a strong BFSI candidate database. This role focuses on delivering qualified hires in a fast-paced market.

• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment in BFSI domains.
• Ability to source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Screen candidates on experience, location, CTC, notice period and fit.
