Job summary

Maven It Solutions is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment in India. The role requires hands-on sourcing from Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, plus strong screening and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Office and ATS tools is preferred, with the ability to handle multiple reqs and meet tight timelines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of IT and non-IT

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Good understanding of IT and non-IT job profiles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment TAT.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
