Job summary

Solum India Hightech is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end hiring in a manufacturing environment, from sourcing to onboarding. You will coordinate interviews, manage offers, and oversee a smooth onboarding process.

The role requires 5–8 years in recruitment, strong stakeholder handling, and proficiency in recruitment MIS reporting. An MBA or graduate degree is preferred.
