Job summary

Shri Lakshmi Steel Suppliers in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing units and business operations.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding for technical, blue-collar and white-collar staff, with emphasis on bulk hiring, manpower planning and compliance across PF/ESIC. You will coordinate channels like Naukri and LinkedIn to build a strong candidate pool.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing operations.
• Experience hiring technical and non-technical staff including blue- and white-collar.
• Background in steel or manufacturing sector preferred.
• Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple vacancies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, offer issuance and onboarding.
• Technical & Non-Technical Hiring: Recruit for production, quality control, maintenance, safety, engineering, administration and operational functions.
• Bulk Recruitment: Handle high-volume hiring for manufacturing plants and operational units within defined timelines.
• Manpower Planning: Coordinate with department heads and plant managers to understand staffing needs and close vacancies.
• Recruitment Channels: Use Naukri, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, employee referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Recruitment MIS: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, vacancy reports, candidate databases and hiring performance reports.
• Salary Negotiations: Coordinate salary discussions, offer approvals and offer-to-joining formalities.
• Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with HR and Compliance teams on PF, ESIC and applicable labour-law documentation during onboarding.
• Recruitment Drives: Support walk-in interviews, campus recruitment and other hiring initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Male candidates preferred.
• B.com/BBA/MBA / PGDM in HR or a related discipline.
• 35 years of recruitment experience, preferably in steel, manufacturing, engineering or industrial sectors.
• Experience recruiting technical and non-technical personnel for manufacturing operations.
• Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn and recruitment MIS.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
