Job summary

Colorshine Coated Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for its manufacturing unit, handling both blue- and white-collar hiring and ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.

The role requires developing sourcing strategies, coordinating with department heads, and driving negotiations, joining formalities, and onboarding while maintaining a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced steel/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in manufacturing or the steel industry will be preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing bulk recruitment and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, recruitment MIS, and HRMS platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions across the manufacturing unit.
• Handle bulk hiring for shop-floor operators, technicians, contract manpower, and other operational roles, along with recruitment for executives, engineers, and managerial positions.
• Coordinate with HODs and department heads to understand manpower requirements, finalize job descriptions, and establish recruitment priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and collect feedback from hiring managers.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, offer acceptance, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower vendors to fulfil hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and vacancy closure status.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, daily hiring updates, manpower status reports, and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure proper recruitment documentation and adherence to company policies and hiring procedures.
• Support manpower planning and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
