Job summary

Avaada Electro Limited is seeking experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to lead end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles in manufacturing sectors.

You will drive bulk and lateral hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Process, Engineering, and other technical functions, sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, consultants, and other channels while maintaining a positive candidate experience and timely closures.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR; MBA in HR preferred.
• Strong end-to-end TA experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with plant hiring and volume sourcing.
• Proficient in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Excel, and recruitment MIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
• Drive volume hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Process, Engineering, and other technical functions.
• Handle lateral hiring for mid-level and senior-level positions.
• Plan and execute bulk hiring, walk-in interviews, and recruitment drives.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning, position prioritisation, and timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
