Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions in Goregaon East, Mumbai is seeking an IT Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience to handle BFSI IT recruitment, including SAP hiring, and contract staffing. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with clients and delivery teams to meet timelines.

The role requires sourcing across SAP, Java, .NET, data engineering, cloud, DevOps and cybersecurity, with hands-on use of Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals. Full-time, on-site role with a 5-day week.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience in technology hiring, including at least 1 year of hands‑on experience in contract staffing recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for BFSI clients and their IT requirements, along with good exposure to SAP recruitment and other technology skill sets.

The candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment, working on client-specific requirements, and delivering quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for BFSI clients, covering sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Understand BFSI client requirements and recruit for their IT and technology positions.
• Handle technology hiring across skill sets such as SAP, Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies.
• Source candidates for SAP positions across relevant modules and technical skill sets.
• Manage contract staffing recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, availability checks, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates for technical suitability, relevant domain experience, communication skills, compensation expectations, and notice periods.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and client stakeholders and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage multiple open positions and maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and regular hiring updates.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and improve offer acceptance and joining ratios.
• Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and delivery teams to meet client hiring targets and recruitment SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or technology hiring.
• Minimum 1+ year of hands‑on experience in contract staffing recruitment.
• Prior experience hiring for BFSI clients and understanding their IT and technology hiring requirements.
• Good experience in SAP recruitment, including sourcing candidates for relevant SAP modules.
• Experience recruiting for multiple IT technologies and niche skill sets.
• Hands‑on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, candidate management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates working with IT staffing companies, recruitment consultancies, or contract staffing firms.
• Candidates who have supported BFSI clients such as banks, financial services companies, insurance firms, or fintech organizations for IT hiring.
• Candidates with a combination of BFSI client hiring, SAP recruitment, and contract staffing experience.
• Candidates with strong sourcing capabilities and a track record of meeting recruitment targets.
