Job summary

RNR Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing to placement in a fast-paced environment in Bengaluru. The role requires hands-on experience with resume databases, Boolean searches, and social networks to find top candidates.

You will handle multiple openings, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely candidate communication and negotiation, contributing to meeting recruitment targets and pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on with Naukri Resdex and Boolean search.
• Proficient in LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening and communication skills.
