Home Credit is seeking a Field Collections Executive to actively pursue overdue payments by visiting customers at their homes or places of business. The role focuses on building relationships, negotiating repayment plans, and achieving monthly recovery targets while complying with policies and legal guidelines.

The position requires a valid driving license, willingness to travel across assigned areas, and strong skills in communication, documentation, and routing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in collections, recovery, banking, NBFC, microfinance, or financial services is advantageous.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

• Visit customers at residences, offices, or business locations to collect overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment commitments.
