• You will be responsible for negotiating and finalizingthe interior fit-outs packages for allongoing projects
• You will be responsible for reading from the drawing andBOQ and projecting a cost estimatewith respect to interior fit-outs package.
• You will be responsible for following up with thevendors for on time material delivery tomeet project deliverables.
• You will be responsible for developing and maintainingvendor network in the region inorder to offer continuous expertise in terms for currentrates and trends.
• You will have to be knowledgeable of vendors / suppliersand provide support forcomparative and analysis in vendor selection as needed.
• You will always be updated in terms of market trends andoffer suggestions/ strategies inorder to increase project efficiency
