Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to lead strategic sourcing and procurement for workplace interior fit-out projects. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure timely procurement to support project delivery.

The role requires strong procurement discipline, cross-functional collaboration with Design, Estimation, PM, and Finance, and a track record of delivering on-time results in interior construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years in workplace interiors, commercial fit-outs, design & build, or construction.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, subcontracting, procurement planning, and commercial management.
• Proven experience in vendor development, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines.
• Manage end-to-end procurement for workplace interior projects including sourcing, negotiations, PO management, and contracts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors for pricing and delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Estimation, Project Management, and Finance during budgeting and value engineering.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure favorable pricing and payment terms.
• Monitor procurement schedules and address supply chain risks.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive quality, service, and cost improvements.

Procurement Executive Workplace Interiors

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for workplace interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement for workplace interior projects, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, purchase order management, and contract administration.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Estimation, Project Management, and Finance teams during budgeting, value engineering, and project execution phases.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
• Monitor procurement schedules and proactively address supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, service, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 57 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 4 years in workplace interiors, commercial fit-outs, design & build, or construction-related industries.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, subcontracting packages, procurement planning, and commercial management.
• Proven experience in vendor development, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and cost objectives.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with workplace interiors, corporate office fit-outs, design-build firms, or turnkey interior contracting organizations.
• Established supplier and subcontractor network within the interiors and construction ecosystem
