Job summary

Artizen Projects is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing for projects and factory needs in India. The role involves sourcing from approved vendors, negotiating terms, issuing POs, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials.

The ideal candidate will build strong vendor relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive cost reductions through strategic sourcing and value engineering. Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for project and factory requirements.
• Source and procure materials from approved vendors at competitive prices.
• Float enquiries, obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate terms.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Coordinate with project, planning, stores, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Monitor procurement schedules to meet project timelines.
• Ensure quality, quantity, and specifications of procured materials are as per approved requirements.
• Track pending purchase orders and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and MIS reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction through strategic sourcing and value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.

Candidates from Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Furniture Manufacturing, or Building Materials industries are preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be given preference.
