Job summary

Lansum Properties in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage construction and project materials, source and coordinate with vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate, and prepare purchase orders.

You will ensure timely deliveries, maintain records, coordinate with project, stores, accounts and site teams, and uphold quality and documentation standards using MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Hotel Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Responsibilities
