Job summary

Procucev Enterprise Solutions is seeking a procurement specialist in Bengaluru to source category-wise vendors, obtain timely quotations, and circulate BOQs for civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, CCTV, and related works. The role involves vendor negotiations, price comparisons, and coordinating samples for client feedback.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel and communication skills, with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines, and to identify alternate vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Sourcing category-wise vendors and obtaining timely quotations.
• Negotiating sub-contracts and bought-out items with supervisors.
• Maintaining vendor evaluation processes and selecting suitable vendors.
• Preparing vendor-wise price comparisons and submitting to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing category-wise new vendors and obtaining timely quotations.
• Circulation of BOQ and obtaining quotes from Vendors for fit-out works (Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, CCTV, FAS, FPS, Signages, VM Elements).
• Handling primary negotiations and planning vendors for final negotiations with supervisor for sub-contract works and bought-out items.
• Following the existing vendor evaluation process and identifying a suitable vendor.
• Preparation of vendor-wise price comparison and timely submission to supervisor or senior team members.
• Coordination with vendors to submit samples and get client feedback/approval.
• Calculation and consolidation of cost savings reports periodically and submission to supervisor.
• Sourcing and developing alternative vendors/materials per client guidance from supervisor.
• Shall have good MS Excel & communication skills to coordinate with vendors & senior team members.
• Able to coordinate with middle of the client during delivery of regular procurement activities.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
• Passionate person with a zeal to grow along with the organization.

Role and Responsibilities

9. Shall have good MS Excel & communication skills to coordinate with vendors & senior team members.
