Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to design and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for interior fit-out projects. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, manage vendor relationships, and drive value through contract negotiations and spend analysis.

The role requires 8–10 years in interior fit-out or related fields, with PAN India exposure and CPSM/CSCP certifications as desirable assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in the interior Fit-out industry, with at least 4-5 years in a similar role within a Design & Build firm is must.
• Robust technical knowledge in both Construction & Interiors (C&I) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience in handling PAN India roles is mandatory.
• Professional certifications: Such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle , Jaggaer).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
