Job summary

Ambience Group in Delhi is seeking a procurement professional to manage sourcing for high-end residential and commercial projects.

You will coordinate vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and finalize PO/agreements to ensure timely delivery within tight budgets without compromising quality.

Commerce graduates with exposure to material management and strong MS Office/Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably Commerce graduate from recognized university.
• PG Diploma in Material Management would be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

Procurement Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships,

Vendor Management, New Vendor Development, Negotiation, Finalization of PO/ Agreement/ contract for bulk procurement and supply of construction and finishing items for high end residential / commercial projects.

Keeping records of vendors, comparative analysis, processing and review of procurement schedule to meet the deadline.

Responsible for timely procurement of all materials, products and services required for the construction and ensure no line stoppages within tight budget and with no quality compromise

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferably Commerce graduate from recognized university. Having done PG Diploma in Material Management would be an advantage.

Should have good communication (Oral & Written) & negotiation skills.

Should also have expert knowledge of MS office and Excel
