Job summary

Sri Balajee Hr Consultancy seeks a design-focused professional to drive the complete product development lifecycle. You will gather customer requirements, craft concept designs and guide prototypes through validation stages.

Role involves coordinating with suppliers, performing field testing, and supporting cost optimization and production launches to ensure successful market entry.

Qualifications

• Experience across full product development lifecycle and field testing.
• Proficient in CAD and CAE/FEA with GD&T and DFMEA/PFMEA.
• Exposure to APQP/PPAP, Six Sigma and ISO/IATF TS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer requirement gathering and concept design.
• Develop prototypes, validate designs and coordinate field testing.
• Assist cost optimization, supplier liaison and production launch support.
