RGBSI seeks a New Product Development Manager / NPD Leader in Pune to spearhead development of new parts, drive FAI approvals and optimize processes for on-time delivery. The role oversees technology development aligned with growth plans and builds capabilities to meet demand.

Strong communication and English proficiency are essential. The candidate should have AS9100/NadCap/APQP familiarity, hands-on fabrication experience, and expertise in CAD tools, GD&T, and Lean Six Sigma to enable cost

Qualifications

• AS9100, NadCap, APQP (AS9145) knowledge preferred.
• Mechanical fabrication process hands on experience.
• Fluent English and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• New Parts Process Development, Execution and FAI Approvals w/ OTD & 80% for FAI, 0 Escapes.
• Technology Development to support business growth and plans.
• New Skills Development to build capabilities to meet ramp-up and volumes.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes to reduce learning curves and achieve cost outs.
• Support business growth thru Estimation Support, feasibility reports and manufacturing database.
