Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a senior Design Architect to lead a studio and oversee 13 projects from schematic design to on-site delivery.

The role requires top-tier BIM skills, strong client-management, and a track record of coaching teams. You will ensure design excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery across multinational projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Design Architect in a design consultancy or design‑lead architect's office; international work experience preferred.
• Strong design and commercial acumen, with the ability to win and deliver work.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint; experience with Rhino & Grasshopper (parametric modelling) is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of local building rules, regulations, and design guidelines.
• Working knowledge of sustainable design techniques and solutions.
• Excellent client‑facing, presentation, and report‑writing skills.
• Strong team player with proven coaching, mentoring, and people‑management abilities.
• B.Arch from a reputed institute; M.Arch preferred.
• Membership of a recognized professional institution; Chartered/Certified architect or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Head a team of Architects, managing 13 projects from schematic stage through to on-site implementation.

• Take responsibility for all technical delivery of projects, up to and including project execution, assisting the team leader in delivering drawings and documents.
• Provide intellectual updates on global projects to team members to add relevance to studio work.
• Independently design, detail, and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Capture design suggestions from the Team Lead/Principal Architect and convert them into effective technical formulation and design development strategies.
• Work within a structured SOP and deliver projects adhering to established systems and processes.
• Independently handle client management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Understand and practice the core values of the practice; coach and develop junior staff.
• Engage proactively to minimize critical path impact on overall task schedules.
• Communicate clearly with internal team members and consultants throughout the project regarding design development, execution, and follow-through.
