Job summary

Vaishnavi Infrastructure is seeking an experienced architect to lead design integration across residential, high-rise and mixed-use projects in Bengaluru. You will review drawings, coordinate with structural, MEP and landscape teams, and ensure adherence to design intent and codes.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, detailed detailing, and timely issue resolution, with scope to engage in value engineering and on-site clarifications during construction.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of architectural experience.
• Experience in residential, high-rise, villa, commercial or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of design intent, detailing and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevations and sections for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Faade, Interior and other consultants.
• Ensure multidisciplinary coordination and timely closure of design issues.

Role & responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections and details.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Faade, Interior and other consultants.
• Ensure multidisciplinary coordination and timely closure of design issues.
• Review designs for functionality, planning efficiency, constructability and design intent.
• Track consultant deliverables across project stages.
• Review FAR/FSI, BUA, carpet and saleable area statements.
• Support statutory, fire and building-code coordination.
• Coordinate with PMO and site teams for construction-stage design clarifications.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and mock-ups.
• Participate in design reviews, consultant meetings and site visits.
• Support value engineering and resolution of design discrepancies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 810 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Experience in residential, high-rise, villa, commercial or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Strong architectural planning, detailing and construction knowledge.
• Good understanding of Structural and MEP coordination.
• Experience with Tender and GFC documentation.
• Ability to independently manage consultants and multiple projects.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; working knowledge of Revit/BIM and SketchUp preferred.
