Job summary

Cadence Architects in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Architect to lead BIM-enabled design and documentation. You will develop designs using Revit, manage BIM models, and coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants to ensure clash-free models.

The role requires strong detailing skills, proficiency with AutoCAD/SketchUp/Lumion, and the ability to mentor junior architects while upholding BIM standards on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Qualifications

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 45 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and building regulations.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/ Enscape, or similar visualization tools is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination, and documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with project execution and site coordination.
