Responsibilities

• Proven expertise in leading architectural design and technical delivery for large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, including hospitality and retail components.
• Strong command of project lifecycle management, from concept design through construction documentation and site execution.
• Skilled in client engagement and relationship management, serving as the primary point of contact throughout project phases.
• Deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and contract compliance within the commercial real estate sector.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in developing and implementing technical solutions that align with design intent, budget, and schedule.
• Experienced in mentoring junior architects and fostering collaborative, high-performing project teams.
• Adept at managing project documentation, quality control, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex design concepts into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and project management software.

Required Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (India).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong leadership in project management, client coordination, and team supervision.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all project phases—from concept to completion.
• Familiarity with India’s building codes, standards, and structural systems.
• Skilled in developing precise technical documentation and construction detailing.
• Proven ability to manage consultant teams and resolve design/technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• High design proficiency with a strong grasp of regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles; ability to lead sustainability discussions.
• Preferably accredited in LEED, WELL, Fitwel, LFA, or similar systems.
• Portfolio should include at least one certified sustainable project (e.g., LEED, WELL, Net Zero).
• Proficient in design and documentation tools: Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
