Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and project reviews.
• Translate client requirements into clear design and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee project progress, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor design teams while maintaining design excellence.
• Support business development through client relationship management, networking, and project pitches.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience with strong client-facing responsibilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project coordination and team leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion

• Software Proficiency:
  • Drafting: AutoCAD
  • 3D Modelling: SketchUp, Revit, Rhino (preferred)
  • Rendering & Visualization: Lumion, Enscape, V‑Ray, Twinmotion
