Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years in Production Management (Press Shop & Sheet Metal Industry)
• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Production Engineering required
• Experience in lean practices and continuous improvement preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control production operations in the Press Shop and Sheet Metal department.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
• Manage manpower allocation, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Design departments for smooth operations.
• Develop and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies.
• Train and motivate the production team for better performance and skill development.
• Maintain records of production reports, material usage, and process improvements.
