Job summary

Poshs Cinoti Pvt Ltd. in Maharashtra is seeking a Manager Production for fabrication operations. You will plan, monitor and achieve monthly production targets, manage 200+ staff, and ensure timely dispatch while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in form work fabrication and infrastructure sectors, a B.Tech/B.E., and proven leadership across multiple departments including welding, assembly and painting. It is a full-time, on-site position in Satara district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in form work fabrication and infrastructure industries.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Production Manager / Production Head.
• Minimum 4 years experience in other manufacturing industries.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in heavy fabrication.
• Graduate (B.Tech/B.E.).
• Minimum 8‑14 years overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor & achieve monthly production target
• Achieve monthly dispatch (sale) target
• Monitor operation expenses and suggest ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality
• Develop and implement schedules so that production targets and objectives are met
• Handle various departments such as material preparation, fitup, welding, assembly, painting and dispatch
• Manage 200+ headcounts including supervisors, engineers and shift incharge
• Interpret drawing/design documents with excellent knowledge
• Be aggressive (go-getter) and maintain a positive attitude
• Have a technical mindset
• Ensure timely completion of production targets as per schedule and cost parameters
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Focus on optimum utilisation of manpower and material in plant operations
• Maintain inventory levels and control product flow
• Monitor and maintain all quality norms
• Implement and enforce quality control standards to meet quality objectives
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Plan and implement continuous improvement to maintain low rejection level
• Assure smooth plant operations by taking preventive and corrective measures to keep plant and machinery in good health
• Identify areas for cycle time reduction by incorporating modifications in machinery
• Drive continuous improvement in all functions through manufacturing, product innovation, quality systems, operating costs and waste minimization
• Achieve timely dispatch of orders per the weekly/monthly plan and provide zero complaint services to all customers
• Analyze and plan workforce requirements
• Ensure high motivation levels on the floor
• Maintain good industrial relations with workers’ committee and workmen
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
