Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage and scale Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns to hit business objectives.
• Handle and optimize accounts with monthly ad spends of ₹20 Lakhs+ per account.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and platform dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rate, Quality Score; provide insights.
• Allocate and manage budgets to maximize returns.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
• Stay updated with platform trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple client accounts with timely execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Lead and manage a team of Performance Marketing Executives, guiding and reviewing performance.

• Experience managing ad spends of ₹20 Lakhs+ per month for individual client accounts.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
• Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
