Techlean It Services is seeking recruiters with 2–5 years of OPT recruitment experience to manage sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for US staffing needs. You will build strong candidate relationships and drive onboarding through effective information gathering and support.

• Source OPT/CPT, H4EAD, and H1B transfers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through follow-up and support.
• Collect required information and documents for marketing and onboard candidates.
• Prepare daily activity reports and maintain candidate database.

• Collect needed information and documents required for marketing and take full responsibility till candidates onboard.
• Prepare daily activity report and maintain candidates database on daily basis.
