Job summary

IMR Soft India is seeking an OPT Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting international students (OPT/CPT) and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of OPT/CPT hiring, visa processes, and a proven track record of placing candidates.

You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles while building pipelines and coordinating with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OPT/CPT recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, and US visa categories.
• Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 terms.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding OPT/CPT documentation and visa status.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to close roles.
• Post job openings on job boards, universities, and social media.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting international students (OPT/CPT) and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of OPT/CPT hiring, visa processes, and a proven track record of placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for various IT and non-IT requirements.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of OPT/CPT candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding OPT/CPT documentation, visa status, and work authorization.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients for closures.
• Work closely with the sales and delivery team to understand client requirements.
• Post job openings on various job boards, universities, and social media platforms.
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups to achieve closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in OPT/CPT recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, and other US work visa categories.
• Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with university career centers and international student groups.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Ability to work in US time zones if required.
