Job summary

Staffworxs is seeking a results-driven OPT Recruiter in Hyderabad to source, screen, and recruit qualified consultants across OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and USC categories. You will build a strong consultant pipeline for internal hiring and work across LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and other platforms.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, and coordination of submissions, interviews, and joining formalities, with a focus on meeting recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding US work authorization and staffing processes.
• Experience sourcing candidates on professional platforms.
• Strong screening and evaluation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, GC, and USC categories.
• Build and maintain a robust consultant pipeline for internal hiring.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and other social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Assess candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and preferences.
• Coordinate submissions, interviews, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and trackers.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to support consultant deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates across OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, GC, and USC categories
• Build and maintain a strong consultant pipeline for internal hiring
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and other social platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
• Understand candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and job preferences
• Coordinate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and trackers
• Collaborate with Sales teams to support consultant deployment
