Job summary

MaximaTek is seeking a go-getter OPT Recruiter who can source, screen, and close candidates for US IT positions from Hyderabad. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with H1B/USC/GC/H4EAD candidates and guiding them from sourcing through placement.

You will lead a recruiting team at Lead/Manager levels, coordinate with bench sales and marketing, manage interview scheduling and feedback, and ensure candidates stay committed to placement.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to build trust and retain candidate commitment till placement.
• Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
• Team handling/leadership experience preferred (for Lead/Manager role).

Responsibilities
