Job summary

Prove It Catalysts in India is seeking a motivated OPT Recruiter to hire OPT/CPT/H1B/STEM OPT consultants for US clients. You will source candidates from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed and internal databases.

Responsibilities include screening for visa status, work authorization, location and pay rate, building a strong pipeline of OPT candidates, negotiating offers, coordinating interviews, and handling W2/C2C needs. Night shifts align with US hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in OPT recruitment / US Staffing is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of US visa terms: OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with US job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Willing to work in US Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST)
• Target-driven mindset
