Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and university networks
• Build and maintain a pipeline for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC candidates
• Conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills and work authorization
• Maintain candidate records in ATS
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Educate candidates on opportunities and visa processes
• Follow up with candidates throughout recruitment lifecycle
• Negotiate compensation and onboarding timelines
• Collaborate with business development and account management
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations
• Generate recruitment activity reports daily/weekly/monthly

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven OPT Recruiter to identify, attract, and place international students and recent graduates on CPT, OPT, STEM OPT work authorization programs. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, managing candidate relationships, and coordinating with sales and account management teams to fulfill client staffing requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, university networks, and OPT-focused platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and work authorization status.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Educate candidates on employment opportunities, project requirements, and visa-related processes.
• Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Negotiate compensation and onboarding timelines.
• Collaborate with business development and account management teams to meet client hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or OPT recruiting.
