Job summary

Sunshines Education seeks a dynamic Field Sales Executive to identify and acquire new schools for Sunshines educational programmes in Chennai. You will build strong relationships with school management, principals and teachers, and drive lead generation, visits and conversions.

You will travel within Chennai, report weekly on visits, leads and conversions, and collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and annual acquisition targets. Working hours are 9:00 to 6:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in EdTech, Education, School Sales or Institutional Sales.
• Prior field sales / field marketing experience, preferably involving direct school visits.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai.

Responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile
