Job summary

TP is seeking a skilled Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts in an international setting. You will drive end-to-end hiring processes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead a team of recruiters to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry, and excels in fast-paced environments with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
