Job summary

TP is seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in the International sector. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BPO or Call Centre industry.

You will lead and mentor a team, drive process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, analyze performance metrics, ensure policy compliance, and mitigate risks to keep operations seamless.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader in Operations is required; international exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BPO/Call Centre operations and management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
