Job summary

TP is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional in India to lead recruitment strategies and manage the full lifecycle from posting to onboarding. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR to assess candidates and implement engaging initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities, plus experience with ATS tools and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
