Job summary

blackwhite is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations in Navi Mumbai to lead the outbound telesales team and drive revenue growth. The role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on dialer optimization.

The candidate should have 12+ years of experience in outbound voice sales, proven ability to manage high-performing teams, and excellent communication skills. This is an office-based position in Navi Mumbai with immediate to 30 days notice period.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in outbound telesales / voice sales.
• Strong experience in outbound sales / telesales and leading large teams.
• Hands-on experience with dialer strategies and revenue targets.

Responsibilities
