Responsibilities

• Lead and manage International Voice Sales / Telesales operations.
• Drive teams to achieve sales, revenue, conversion and productivity targets.
• Manage end-to-end telesales operations and ensure consistent business performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Manage, coach and develop Team Leaders and sales teams.
• Monitor key sales metrics and take corrective actions to improve performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and drive training and development initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance and process requirements.
• Work with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience.
• Mandatory experience in International Voice Process.
• Mandatory experience in International Voice Sales / Telesales.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong experience in International Voice Sales / Telesales.
• End-to-end sales experience including lead generation, pitching, objection handling, conversion and target achievement.
• Experience managing sales teams and driving business targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, conversion, productivity and quality metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Dialer Strategies and CRM tools.
• Strong people management, leadership and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Role & Responsibilities:
