Job summary

Invok Hr in New Delhi is seeking a seasoned Client Servicing Lead to manage government and PSU events, exhibitions, summits, and experiential projects. You will be the primary contact for assigned public sector clients, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term relationships while coordinating with creative, production, operations, digital, and vendor teams to deliver flawless events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client servicing for Government Ministries, PSUs, and other public sector clients across large-scale events, exhibitions, summits, conferences, and experiential projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong stakeholder management and long-term client relationships.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, execution, and closure while coordinating with creative, production, operations, digital, and vendor teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while monitoring commercial performance, resource allocation, project risks, and profitability.
• Support business development through client presentations, proposal preparation, RFPs/tenders, and strategic account expansion.
• Mentor Managers and Client Servicing Executives, ensuring operational excellence and high client satisfaction.
• Candidates with prior experience handling Government, PSU, or large public sector event mandates through event, exhibition, or integrated communication agencies will be preferred.
