• Maintenance and verification of event related checklists / Team Data.
• Event related files/ documentation/manual - Monitoring Post event mandates to be followed.
• Contribution to unique design ideas and concepts.
• Co-ordination with creative team and delivering as per the brief.
• Updating the reporting person on every project
• Excellent communication skills with good academic record.
• Ensuring the event execution as per clients requirements.
• Knowledge of event industry practices, operational awareness & technical know-how.
• Note: We need people from event industry experience.
