Job summary

APAR Industries seeks a Job Profile Manager / Senior Manager Logistics with 12–15 years of export logistics experience. A postgraduate qualification in Logistics is required, with OEM/FMCG sector exposure preferred.

Responsibilities include shipment planning, vessel negotiations, inspections, regulatory compliance, and MIS reporting, located in Mumbai. This role demands strong communication and coordination with shipping lines, CHAs, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant shipments, with CTC

• Exclusive experience in export logistics only.
• Experience in OEM FMCG sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with factory for material readiness and shipment planning.
• Engage with shipping lines for vessel planning and freight negotiations.
• Coordinate and facilitate third-party inspections per customer, statutory, and shipment requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of destination-country import regulations and documentation procedures.
• Ensure complete execution of shipments.
• Coordinate with CHAs, transporters, and freight forwarders for shipment planning and shipping documents.
• Prepare MIS reports for orders and shipment planning.
• Manage FTAs preferential certificates.
• Process local charge payments to vendors, including FOB shipments and bills of lading issuance.
• Follow up with documentation team for post-shipment documents.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:
