Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience handling multiple transport vendors and shipment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate transportation and shipping operations for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Identify, evaluate, and obtain quotations from logistics vendors and transporters.
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Plan and schedule dispatches while ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare logistics documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, LR copies, and shipping documents.
• Track shipments and coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain records of shipments, freight costs, and vendor performance.
• Resolve transportation issues, delays, or damages in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to logistics operations.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide updates to management regarding shipment status and cost analysis.

• Experience in handling multiple transport vendors and shipment documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution industry.
• Knowledge of domestic transportation regulations and e-way bill processes.
