Job summary

Udayam explosives is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in Chennai. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales team, set targets, and oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead to closure.

You will generate leads, build strong client relationships, prepare forecasts and reports, monitor market trends and competition, conduct regular performance reviews, coach team members, and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
