Sagar Ghar Sansar & Aryavrat Global Ventures Pvt ltd Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team in Assam. The role focuses on planning sales strategies, setting targets, coaching executives, and driving performance across channels.

You will work closely with marketing and operations to generate leads, maintain key accounts, resolve issues, and deliver timely reports and forecasts to support business growth.

• Assist the Sales Manager with sales plans and strategies.
• Set, monitor, and help achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach sales executives.
• Track individual and team sales performance.
• Generate leads and develop new customer/business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing and key customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve sales-related issues.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments.
• Help recruit and train new sales employees.
• Ensure company sales policies and procedures are followed.
• Take charge of the sales team when the Sales Manager is unavailable
