Job summary

UL Solutions in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced L&D leader to drive the annual learning and development plan aligned with business needs. You will conduct comprehensive needs analyses and translate requirements into practical training solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (or similar LMS platforms).
• Strong experience in training facilitation, program implementation, and learning evaluation.
• Familiarity with training needs analysis and learning effectiveness frameworks.
• Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Exposure to organizational development or change management initiatives is a plus.
