Job summary

Dynpro in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of domestic IT recruitment experience, especially SAP Hiring. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for contract staffing and C2H roles, with a strong technical background and ability to join immediately.

The role requires local Bangalore candidates, no WFH, 5 days in-office. You will partner with hiring managers, use portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, and maintain pipelines and dashboards to report progress.

Role & responsibilities

Fullcycle recruitment for domestic (India) IT hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, offer & onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements (tech stack, level, skills, culture). Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods. Maintain candidate pipelines, track metrics & report hiring progress. Negotiate offers, ensure candidate experience is smooth. Keep uptodate with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech hiring. Good communication skills (verbal & written). Strong sourcing skills: Boolean searches, portals, LinkedIn etc. Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple open roles. Experience with or ability to learn applicant tracking tools / recruitment dashboards is a plus.
