Job summary

Unified IT Services Private Limited in India seeks a Domestic IT Recruiter with 2-5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for the Indian market. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews for technical roles across various levels.

Responsibilities include handling the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding, coordinating with hiring managers, and staying updated on IT trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with ATS or CRM tools.
• Prior experience in an IT services or consulting company is a plus.

• Maintain candidate databases and generate reports as needed
• Stay updated with current hiring trends and technologies in the IT industry
• Build strong relationships for future opportunities
