Job summary

Summit Consulting Services invites an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with business leaders in a fast-paced business consulting environment. The role focuses on driving people strategy, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness to support business growth.

You will partner with leaders to translate priorities into people initiatives, drive workforce planning and performance management, and provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies.

Qualifications

• 8–13 years of HR experience with a strong HRBP background.
• Experience in Business Consulting or Professional Services is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience managing employee relations, performance, talent development, and organizational change.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8–13years of HR experience, with strong HRBP experience.
• Prior experience supporting Business Consulting, Professional Services, Consulting, or similar client-facing environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience managing employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
