• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring
• Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Handle employee grievances with empathy and fairness
• Track attrition and recommend retention interventions
• Conduct exit interviews and derive insights
• 3–6 years of experience in HRBP with TA exposure
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in engagement, ER, and performance management
