In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and support talent development. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable HR plans while ensuring compliance and reinforcing company culture.

1. Strategic HR Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters
• Align HR strategies with business goals, considering budget and cultural priorities
• Support workforce planning, organizational change, and business transformation initiatives

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions
• Promote a positive work environment through proactive communication and engagement initiatives
• Drive programs to improve morale, productivity, and retention

3. HR Operations & Policy Implementation

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, engagement, exits)
• Interpret and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards

4. Data, Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, absenteeism, performance)
• Prepare reports and present insights with actionable recommendations
• Monitor workforce trends and identify potential risks

5. Talent Management & Development

• Support performance management cycles and goal-setting processes
• Identify training and development needs in collaboration with managers
• Contribute to leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility

6. Continuous Improvement

• Recommend and implement HR best practices and process improvements
• Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
• Participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives
